School Data Administrator
Cheltenham College is seeking a School Data Administrator. This is an important role, supporting key staff in their use of data and the school information systems, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating the essential data handling and reporting that underpins school operations.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a broad spectrum of academic and support staff. Reporting to the Examinations Manager, you will support not only the administration of exams but other academic managers and leaders, collaborating with administrators to ensure processes run smoothly and the underpinning data is reliable.
Working closely with our MIS and data specialists, the postholder will help develop and follow best practices to maintain data integrity and support school-wide reporting. While some previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, full training and support will be provided to ensure the postholder is equipped to succeed.

- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- A calm and collegiate approach to support colleagues with problem solving.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and data tools
- Familiarity with data management principles such as data quality, data governance, data security and privacy
- Experience in an educational setting or with educational data.(Desirable)
- Drive for continuous improvement.
- Self-driven curiosity and skills development, receptive to challenges and keen to acquire and share new skills.
