Working at Cheltenham College

Cheltenham College is an exciting and rewarding place to work. We are committed to ensuring the best possible environment for the children and young people in our care. The HR team is led by Kay Rackliff, Head of HR. Amy Cook is Recruitment Lead and looks after all recruitment for both the Prep and Senior School and will therefore be the contact point for anyone applying to work at College. Amy is assisted by Belinda Cornwell who deals with onboarding for new staff. Karen Preece is HR Administrator and deals with existing staff data, internal changes and the Single Central Register.
