Andrew Hailes is Deputy Bursar at College with cross-site responsibility for Catering, Housekeeping, the Sports Centre and Commercial Operations. He joined College in 1995 following a successful career in Hotel Management.
With over 25 years experience in the Hotel Industry, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge of his role as Executive Head Chef. Michael oversees the entire food provision across College and is at the forefront of new ideas, menu development and pupil liaison.
Having worked in Front of House Operations within the Hotel and Catering industry since 1989, Joanna is a skilled and approachable individual who is continually striving to improve our Front of House Operations.
Originally trained at Salisbury College, Mark has worked in many hotels and restaurants across the UK, including the 5* Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, and spent 7 years teaching degree and HND students at Cheltenham College of Higher Education. With over 35 years in the catering industry, and most recently 15 years as Head Chef at Rendcombe College, Mark brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a passion for fresh, local produce. .
Paulo joined College in September 2015 as Front of House Manager. He is a familiar face in the Dining Hall liaising with pupils, staff and parents. He also works at the Prep School. Paulo excels in languages and is able to converse easily with many of the international pupils in their native language.
